The bike is very light, consequently, as you slow rapidly you "unload" the rear tire faster than you might on a heavier bike. No problem, just don't jump on the rear brake. BTW, all bikes will do this if you don't release some pressure as the weight shifts from rear to front. (so will cars & trucks, which is one of the reasons that many have drums- less powerful- on the back wheels).
